New build scaffolding requires a different approach from standard maintenance access. The scaffold needs to rise with the build — adjusted at each lift to give bricklayers, carpenters and roofers safe working height as the structure grows. • First lift — scaffold raised to give access for first-floor level brickwork

• Second lift — raised again for gable and ridge height
